WAMPLER HOUSE BOUTIQUE HOTEL POLICIES

HOUSE RULES:
Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. If arriving later, a courtesy call is required.
Check-out is 12:00.
Most credit cards accepted.
No Meal Dining allowed in Rooms. We have two dining rooms for the Guest's use. Ask us for plates, silverware and glasses ahead of time and we will set up a table for you.
Weekend Breakfast: Saturday and Sunday mornings guests will be treated to a gourmet breakfast served to your table between 8:30am-10:30am.
Weekday Breakfast: Monday through Friday mornings will be a grab and go style continental breakfast available from 7:30am-9:30am in the dinning area.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 pm. Both voices and TV please.
Jacuzzi Use Policy: Wampler House bubble bath is provided. Do not use any personal products in Jacuzzi. If anything but our bubble bath is introduced into the Jacuzzi, guests will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee. If outside products cause damage to jets or pumps, you will be charged for repair or replacement of the Jacuzzi.
Hotel guests who lose a key or fail to turn in their key at the end of the stay will be charged $40
Hotel guests who lock themselves out of the building or room and require managment to come during off hours to let them in will be charged $40.
No pets, please. We love them, but some people are allergic.
We are a smoke-free Inn but have an outdoor front porch or balconies. No chewing tobacco allowed.
No persons under 21 years of age may consume alcohol in Wampler House or on the grounds.
No bicycles in the rooms. Inquire in advance about our secure bike storage.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Regular reservations: Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the 3:00 pm check-in time on the date of your reservation. If these conditions are not met a 100% charge will be billed to your credit card on file.
Event Weekends: 14-day cancellation policy. If not canceled prior to the 14-day timeline, 100% of the reservation price will be billed to your credit card on file unless we are able to rebook the room. Event weekends include IU move in week, All Home IU Football Games, Little 500 Weekend.
IU Graduation: A 3 month cancellation policy. The initial down payment as the reservation is made is 50% of the room(s)total and is non-refundable. Second half of room(s) total to be paid at check-in.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 5 and under stay free. Pets are not allowed.
