All 8 guest rooms at our Indiana University lodging have private bathrooms (many with Jacuzzi plus shower), soft pillow-top mattresses, gas log fireplaces, cable TV, wireless Internet, and telephone. The Award winning family owned/run bed and breakfast is south of Bloomington and yet still close to Indiana University. We are non-smoking, but our porches and balconies are available. Jamison Room - Green, purple and cream in color, this cozy vintage 1930's bedroom suite features a balcony on the first floor, a queen-sized bed, a fireplace and bathroom with a shower. Dillman Room/Suite - The Dillman Suite, located in the historic part of the house on the first floor, has a queen-sized canopy bed with soft cream and rose decor. It adjoins the library and both can be reserved as a suite. It has a Jacuzzi tub as well as shower in the bath. Perfect for visiting Indiana University!

Williams Room - In the historic wing of our Bloomington Indiana Bed and breakfast, this room on the second floor features a fireplace, a white Battenberg and rose decor with queen-sized brass bed.
